It extends your outdoor season, provides shelter from the sun and rain and forms a smooth transition between indoors and outdoors. Whether you have a modern veranda, a wooden shed or a cozy covered terrace: with the right styling you can turn this place into an attractive and comfortable outdoor space. In this blog we give you tips for decorating and styling your porch.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before you start decorating, it&#8217;s a good idea to think about how you want to use the space. Do you mainly want to relax there, eat together or work outdoors? After all, the function determines the layout, what furniture you need and how you will furnish the space.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. The right furniture<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Having determined the function of your space, it&#8217;s time to start choosing the right furniture. If you want to use the space mainly as a lounge area, then of course you will choose a <a href=\"https:\/\/bearchair.eu\/combinaties\/original-bear-chairs-met-voetenbankjes-set-van-2\/\">nice lounge set with comfortable chairs<\/a>, a lounge sofa, plaids and soft lighting. For a dining area, it&#8217;s better to choose a spacious <a href=\"https:\/\/bearchair.eu\/meubels\/set-rechthoekige-robuuste-eettafel-plus-4-stoelen\/\">table and good chairs<\/a>. Also, if you want to use the space as a workplace, a large table with a comfortable chair is important. If you want to make the space multifunctional, choose flexible furniture, such as a folding table or folding chairs. This way you can easily adjust the space to suit the purpose.     <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Go for comfort and atmosphere<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A canopy is only truly inviting when it feels cozy. Soft materials, warm lighting and personal accessories make all the difference. The materials are also very important then. Warm, natural materials are often the most conducive to the atmosphere. For example, choose <a href=\"https:\/\/bearchair.eu\/en\/furniture\/chairs\/\">wooden garden furniture<\/a> and warm, woolen blankets.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can bring a warm, cozy atmosphere to the room with a light string, wood stove or some candles. Use accessories that match your style and also think about plants. For example, choose plants in large pots or hanging plants. Keep in mind the season<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A well-appointed canopy can be used in all seasons. In summer you can enjoy the shade here, while in winter you can sit out in the garden in the shade. So also consider some practical things, such as a storage space for cushions or plaids and protection against wind and cold, such as a side screen or glass walls. If you want to put plants under your canopy, it&#8217;s best to choose potted plants. In the winter you can easily bring them inside if it freezes very hard and you can easily move them around without turning your whole canopy upside down.
