Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are included in the price of the products and depend on the size and weight of the order.
Once we receive your bank transfer or payment, your order will be shipped immediately. It may take 2-3 business days for your order to be delivered to your home. If it takes longer than the indicated delivery time, please feel free to contact us.
We use the services of PostNL to carry out deliveries. For this purpose, we share your name, address and place of residence information with PostNL. PostNL only uses this data to perform the delivery. If PostNL engages subcontractors, your data will also be shared with these parties.

Delivery address
When you placed your order, you entered the delivery address. Was this correct?
- Check this by looking up the order confirmation from bearchair.co.uk in your email.
Delivery time
You can track the status of your order with the tracking code you received from us.
Not at home
Were you not home at the time of delivery? If so, the letter carrier should have left a message with more information.

Order tracking
When we ship your order, we will send you a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to track your package.
- If you get this code in the evening or overnight, you won't be able to use it until the next morning.
- Didn't get a tracking number? Look in your "Junk mail" or "Spam.
- If a special courier comes to deliver your order, you will not receive a tracking number.
Deliver to neighbors?
We understand that some of our customers find it very convenient to pick up the package from their neighbors. Is your package being delivered by PostNL? This carrier will offer your package, if you are not at home to receive it, to your neighbors.
Some carriers allow you to change delivery preferences after the first delivery attempt. Below you can read, per carrier, what the options are.

What should you do if your bearchair.eu order is delivered damaged?
Reject order
If an order is brought to you that is badly damaged and you can already see that one or more products are defective, you can refuse the order. Then contact our customer service as soon as possible at telephone number +31 (0) 118 227 120 or directly at info@bearchair.eu.

My payment failed, how do I still pay?
Did something go wrong while placing your order that caused your payment to fail? For example, did your Internet connection fail during the payment process or did you accidentally close your browser window? Within a few minutes you will receive an e-mail 'online payment error' from us with a new link to make the payment. Is it still not working? Please contact our customer service.
Once you have placed an order with Bear Chair we will keep you well informed. Below are explanations of the most important 'status' emails.
Email confirmation of your order
First, you will always receive an email confirmation of your order. This states that your order is being processed. Did you not receive it? It may be that our e-mail is mistakenly seen as spam by your e-mail program. So always check your 'Unwanted e-mail' or 'Spam' folder.
Tracking code
We will send you an email with tracking code the moment your package is shipped. With this code you can track the shipment. Have you chosen to pick up your order in one of our stores? We will contact you as soon as your order is ready there.
Right of Withdrawal
You may cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided the seal is not broken. After cancellation, you still have 14 days to return the product. You will be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs. Return shipping costs are at your own expense and are approximately €7.25 per package. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. For withdrawal, please contact us at info@bearchair.eu. We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the return.
Complaints
It is always possible that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@bearchair.eu. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
