Bear Chair Europe BV(www.bearchair.eu) owns and operates this Website. These terms and conditions govern your relationship with www.bearchair.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the “Terms of Service”). By ordering Services, you agree to all Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page periodically to take note of any changes we have made to the Terms of Service.

Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or modify the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of the Website.

This Website may contain links to other websites (the “Linked Sites”) not operated by www.bearchair.eu. www.bearchair.eu has no control over the Linked Sites and assumes no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may result from your use of them. Your use of the Linked Sites is subject to the terms of use and service provided at the respective site.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal or packaging has not been broken. If the seal or packaging is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. Should you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return shipment from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately Euro 7.25 per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@bearchair.eu. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.

Complaint Resolution

It is always possible that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@bearchair.eu. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
